Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your ChromeX. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

30-day returns

You can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email DandAdesignventures@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover return shipping.

How to start a return

Email DandAdesignventures@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send instructions and a return address. Customer-initiated returns (not defects) are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, in-ear products that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.
