Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

United States

Free standard shipping on all US orders with code FREESHIP at checkout. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international), email DandAdesignventures@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at order time.
